If you want to return an item, make sure to follow these item condition guidelines.
You have 14 days to request a return after the item is delivered and another 10 days to send the item back after the return request is approved.
Goods are legally returned only after the items arrive at the designated returns destination. LEEMOX reserves the right, but not obligated, to issue a refund without demanding a return. In this case, LEEMOX does not take title to the returned Goods.
For trades that qualify for a refund, LEEMOX will issue a refund within 14 days after processing of a properly returned shipment. If stated, applicable restocking fees and shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
Most items sold by LEEMOX or by another seller through LEEMOX can be returned to us or to the seller, subject to the LEEMOX Return Policy, but some items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
We’re eligible to refuse to issue a refund and to recover the cost of the return delivery from you in case that any items you return: (1) are not eligible for return, in accordance with the LEEMOX Return Policy or the offer’s fine print, or (2) are appeared to have suffered damage after delivery to you or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the product directions or instructions.
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
"Free gifts" or bonus items
Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
Accessories such as cords and remotes
All items included in a bundle
Please follow these guidelines. If you don't, you may be subject to a range of actions, including suspension of your account and limits of your buying and selling privileges.
